Like many of the older Member's Clubs, the clubhouse has been extended from its original build in the late 1920's.
During the seventies and eighties the building was twice extended. Firstly an extension to the west end of the building was built to house new spacious locker rooms for both the men and lady golfers. The second extension at the east end of the building saw the addition of the Tee Bar, Kitchen extension, the James Braid Room (Boardroom) and additional washroom and utility areas.
The southern aspect of the Clubhouse (shown in the photograph right) with its full length patio doors overlooks the 18th green, putting green and the practice chipping area. Catching the full late morning and afternoon sun, it is the ideal area to wile away an hour or so either having lunch or just a refreshing after round drink.
Internally the main bar, dining room and the Tee Bar all benefit from a southerly aspect overlooking the patio and course.
